1/2 small onion

1 (14 oz) bag Mann’s Cauliflower Cauliettes

2 tsp ground cumin

1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt, or more to taste

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/3 c chopped walnuts

10 Hard shell tacos

2 1/2 c refried beans

1 1/4 c grated cheese

Optional toppings: lettuce, onion, tomato, avocado
